This old stone building dating back to 1856 was originally the dairy for the farm and then made into stables by later owners. We have now given it a new and sympathetic image, by mixing old with new and creating a large, four bedroom (sleeping 8) holiday cottage, all on the ground floor, beamed throughout. The entrance leads you into a large open plan room containing:

A fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and electric cooker. (everything to take the strain out of a self-catering holiday for the larger family in fact!) Also within this area is the dining table.

The lounge area has a wood burning stove, TV and also a radio with CD player. French windows lead on to the patio.

To the left of the entrance is a corridor with the following:

Bedroom 1 has full sized bunk beds, then

a family bathroom with bath, power shower over, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed with wash basin,

Bedroom 3 has two single beds with en-suite wet room, suitable for a disabled person.

A door leads on from this room to the master bedroom, which has a double bed and en-suite shower room. A glazed door leads to rear decking with ramp.

Outside:- Patio with furniture. Separate access to master bedroom via wooden steps and decking. Use of orchard with picnic table

Ample parking for a minimum of 4 cars.

Pets are welcome but must be kept under control as we have livestock nearby.

Tiffany Cottage – Access Statement

The cottage is totally on the ground floor and is accessed via the concreted farm yard, to the hard standing immediately in front of the cottage.

Steps and ramp will take you to the front door ( 900mm wide).

This leads to the open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge, with ample natural lighting. Additional task lighting is provided as required. Remote TV and radio controls. French windows lead on to a level patio/barbeque area, with external lighting

From the entrance door, a ramp leads down to a short, well lit corridor to all bedrooms and the family bathroom, all of which have wide doorways, suitable for wheelchair access if required.

The furthest bedroom is en-suite and could be suitable for family member or carer as it has a connecting door to bedroom 3. It also has the emergency exit with ramp.

Bedroom 3 is also en-suite, with wheel-in shower and transfer space, arm and hand rails for use with the wash basin and toilet.

Guide dogs are always very welcome.
