Set in the heart of rural Pembrokeshire, enjoy a days fly fishing for Brown and Rainbow Trout.

You can fly fish for Salmon and Sewin (sea trout) on the local river at reasonable cost ( £10 / day - price subject to alteration)

The lake of about one acre is stocked with Brown Trout from 1lb and Rainbow Trout from 1.5lbs to 12lbs.

A National rod license is required to fish.

  • Further fish may be caught at £5.00 per fish.

  • Picnic tables around the lake for the use of fishermen and their families.

  • Special rates for guests staying in our accommodation (The Old Smokehouse, The Granary or Tiffany Cottage).

  • Rod hire per session (£5 deposit) £3.00

  • Small tackle shop for those forgotten/must have items.

Fly only - floating line. The use of lures, spinners and worms are not allowed.

The Fishery - Access Statement

The fishery car park is accessed from the main farm track, with hard standing and ample room for parking.

The entrance has a ramp down from the car park on to a grass slope which leads down to the lake. Distance to the lake is approximately 50 metres. We are sorry to say that we feel that access to the lake is unfortunately not suitable for a wheelchair user at the moment.
